Maximilian has a 10-year background playing soccer as well as 10 years of experience teaching safe-sport and race-car driving for one of the oldest and most reputable schools in Europe: Guidare Pilotare. It was during this time that he found a passion for educating and passing on his knowledge to his students. In the same year (2000), he encountered the Pilates world and started to study and train. Maximilian is also a certified Postural Educator, PowerPlate Medical Advanced, Gyrotonic, and Nordic Walking instructor. He has been “Motr & Bodhi” Balanced Body Faculty, Blackroll® Master Trainer, and GymnasticBodies affiliate in the years 2015 and 2016. He went through three different Pilates Certifications and then, in 2008, opened Atelier Pilates, the first Pilates Studio in Rimini (Italy). A few years later, he successfully completed the Fletcher Pilates® Comprehensive Program and received his PMA certification in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, he was part of the Fletcher Pilates Faculty, becoming a 2nd generation teacher and an International Pilates presenter. Since 2016, he has been running his own International Pilates School — Atelier Pilates — with the mission to educate high-level Pilates teachers around the world.
