About Glaucia Adriana

In Pilates, Glaucia’s path is equally rich. She is certified by BASI Pilates (California, USA), Stott Pilates (California, USA), among other schools, that includes completing the Pilates Master Mentor Program with Lolita San Miguel (Florida, USA). What began as assisting Lolita in her programs soon turned into becoming an international educator for Lolita’s Legacy Teacher Training. Along the way, she has studied with several Elders and world-renowned teachers of the Pilates Method. Today, she travels the globe teaching, mentoring, and lecturing at international conferences, while also deepening her studies in Classical Pilates under the guidance of Brett Howard in New Jersey.

She is also the director and co-producer, alongside Voll Pilates, of the acclaimed documentary “Tribute to Joseph Pilates.” Beyond Pilates, Glaucia is a Licensed Instructor of the Gyrotonic®️ Method (Brazil Institute and New York Gyrotonic), Gyrokinesis®️, and Leg Extension Unit®️. She is also the creator of the FIM Method (Function, Integration & Movement), a unique approach that unites science, movement, and innovation in human movement.
