About Benjamin Degenhardt

Benjamin Degenhardt has been immersed in the Pilates world since 1998, blending his classical and contemporary training experiences with deep historical research into Joseph Pilates’ original ideas. A sought-after educator since 2011, he has shared his work at studios and conferences across the globe. He is the founder of 360° Pilates, a leading online learning platform focused on the traditional method, and the creator of March MATness, a worldwide campaign celebrating the original Mat work. Benjamin also appears on Pilates Anytime, features in the documentary Tribute to Joseph Pilates, and develops continuing education programs for teachers worldwide. Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal, he serves on the Board of Directors for the National Pilates Certification Program.
