About Katya Smirnova
She is the founder of International Pilates University Fitness4You, launched in 2010, and has led teacher training programs in Ukraine, Moldova, Baltic, Bulgaria, Poland and other countries. Her students successfully teach and share the method in various countries around the world.
Now based in Canada, Katya continues to run studios and support instructors through mentoring, workshops, and collaborative projects.
